Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Please make sure that you have checked over the initials and spellings before submitting your order.

Damaged Item

If you have an item that has been purchased without personalization or you feel the item you received is defective, please contact us through our online submission form on this page.

Enter your contact information and select “Damaged Item” from the subject dropdown. Enter item details in the message field. A member of the CTW team will respond to your inquiry and will provide next steps within 24-48 hours.

Missing Item

If you received an order and you feel an item was not included or missing, please contact us through our online submission form on this page.

Incorrect Personalization

If you received an order and you feel an item was personalized incorrectly, please go back and check the submitted order. Make sure the monogram is typed exactly the way you wanted it. If the monogram is wrong and it’s our fault, we will gladly replace it! Please contact us through our online submission form on this page.
